The monastery, said to have been built in 1835, has been used as a manor house by the Komili family after undergoing restoration. The monastery has a quadrangular plan with a courtyard, and its chapel stands at the centre. The east wing forms five adjoining two-storey sections, each with its own separate entrance, containing 25 rooms in total. The other wings are surrounded by monks' cells and various outbuildings.
