It lies within the Sahil neighbourhood of the Ayvacik district of Canakkale province. The building is currently in a damaged condition. It was registered by the Directorate of the Canakkale Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage as an immovable cultural asset requiring protection (Group 1) by decision no. 678 of 3 January 2013.
