Editor's Note
It is located at the Sarika locality within the village of Yesilyurt in the Ayvacik district of Canakkale province. In this still-active burial ground, most of the Ottoman gravestones are of the turban-topped type. The gravestones show that the site has been used as a cemetery since the 18th century. It was registered by the Directorate of the Canakkale Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage by decision no. 6427 of 30 September 2020.
