Editor's Note
It lies within the Hekimzade neighbourhood of the Edremit district of Balikesir province. Built as a masonry olive oil factory with a courtyard, it was constructed of brick on a rectangular plan. The inventory report states that the building was constructed in the Republican period. It was registered by the Directorate of the Balikesir Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage by decision no. 12 of 26 October 2024.
