Editor's Note
It lies within the Kıpıklar Quarter of the İvrindi district of Balıkesir. The date carved into the stones of its façade wall shows that it was built in 1966. In 2011 a freestanding minaret was added to the north of the mosque and a fountain to the southwest. The rectangular-plan mosque with a hipped gable roof has a two-storey ablution section on its west side, and one- and two-storey houses on its east and south sides. It was registered by decision no. 214 of the Balıkesir Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage, dated 21 February 2018.
