Editor's Note
Established under the Sümerbank state enterprise, the factory was built between 1954 and 1960. The campus-style construction seen at other factories was continued here as well. The complex is not merely a factory but a living environment with its own social amenities, including housing for workers and various additions designed to meet all their related needs.
