Editor's Note
Foremost among the village's cultural properties, the mosque was built in 1627 by Malkoç Ağa, and its minaret was added later by Dayı Ağa in 1694. As this mosque ceased to meet the community's needs over time, it was rebuilt in its present form in 1853 through the collective efforts of the villagers.
