It is a work by Giulio Mongeri. Construction of the Ziraat Bank Kütahya Branch Building began in 1929, and it was opened on 31 January 1931. In this building, whose ground-floor spatial layout and skylight retain their original form, there are also two staff residences on the first floor, reached by a separate entrance on the western facade. Because it does not stand on a corner plot, the building differs from the Adana, Aydın and Eskişehir branch buildings, and it has a wide balcony on its upper floor.
