Editor's Note
It is also known as the Gavur Bath or the Yeni Mahalle Greek Bath. The structure is said to date to the 19th century. The bath was in use until recently and was then left to its fate; today it stands derelict. In 2022 the timber cold room (frigidarium) section of the bath collapsed.
