The Subaşı Muslim Cemetery lies about 4 km east of the Subaşı neighbourhood in the Melikgazi district of Kayseri province, at the Kazlar locality of Koramaz Mountain. The cemetery area is not enclosed by any surrounding wall. This site, where old gravestones are found, now lies within land used for agricultural purposes. Owing to natural, climatic, and human factors, the headstone caps, head stones, foot stones, and side cushions of the gravestones in the old cemetery area have been found scattered across the site.
