Its exact location is uncertain, though it is most likely near the spot that has been identified. Kurt Erdmann describes its location in his book as follows: "The building faces roughly west. It consists of a hall set in front of a somewhat narrower courtyard. We went there only once. We had a little more than an hour in the area. The ruin could not be easily recorded, because it lies deep in the ground and we were clambering over hundreds of calves that were being kept there as a stable." Regarding the condition of the building, Erdmann writes: "The outer walls of the courtyard are still in good condition, but three of the porticoes have collapsed."
