The structure stands over the stream that runs through the valley to the south in the Tavlusun neighborhood. It was built with two arches and two spans. The arches were designed as round arches. The upstream side of the pier on which the arches rest is shaped as a triangular-section cutwater, while the downstream side is built as a circular buttress. The bridge has its parapet stones. At the eastern end of the bridge's entrance on the Tavlusun side, there is a well and a wellhead ring stone. The bridge has no inscription.
