Although documentation about this building, thought to have belonged to the Gulbenkian family, is scarce, considerable information has been pieced together through the studies of İmamoğlu and Kudret, the statements of the families who owned the property, and the stories that live on in the memory of local people. With its architectural form and setting, the Devir Manor is not merely a residence but a place where the past, memory, and transformation take tangible shape.
