This Vineyard House was built in 1929 in the architectural style of the Republican period. The structure has a rectangular plan on a northeast-southwest axis and was built of cut stone using masonry technique, with a ground floor plus one story, and is covered by a gabled roof. The roof is clad with corrugated sheet metal. The plot on which the building stands lies on sloping ground; within the plot, the garden is divided into terraces by retaining walls of rubble stone running on a northeast-southwest axis. The garden is reached through an iron gate on the eastern side of the plot.
