This Vineyard House is a structure of unknown construction date built in the architectural style of the Late Ottoman period. Since the building bears no inscription, its date of construction is unknown. Built in the distinctive Talaş vineyard-house style, it was laid out on an east-west axis with a rectangular plan, perpendicular to the slope of the terrain. Its walls are made of cut stone and rubble stone. The structural system uses pointed arches and vaults, and the roof was arranged as a flat timber-beamed terrace. The masonry vineyard house consists of four rooms.
