The residence is located in the Cumhuriyet neighborhood of the Polatlı district of Ankara province, on parcels 2-3-4 of block 165, on the square where Ankara Street meets Eti Street, in the Haymana and Eti Street areas. The two-story residence displays Early Republican features. The masonry building today houses shops and a pharmacy. The residence was registered as conservation group "2" by decision no. 6707 of the Conservation Council dated 20 June 2019.
