It lies on the Tuzla Stream within the boundaries of Tuzla village in the Ayvacik district of Canakkale province. Only the arch piers of the bridge survive today. From the bases of these piers it can be understood that the arches and deck of the bridge collapsed, and that the upper part of the bridge was rebuilt in a manner not faithful to the original by placing reinforced-concrete beams on top of these piers. In its original state it had a four-arched plan. Although there is no information about its construction date, it is thought to date to the Ottoman period.
