Gölcük Köyü Camii

Editor's Note

Recorded as having been built in 1835, the mosque has largely lost its originality. Its walls, mihrab and minbar are clad in tiles, while its minaret is built of cut stone and plastered on the outside. Two wooden columns supporting the wooden ceiling divide the prayer hall into three, and the rather spacious women's gallery is carried by 12 wooden columns.
