It is located at the Mezar Tepesi locality within the boundaries of Düvertepe neighborhood, Sındırgı district, Balıkesir province. The roadside fountain is built on a rectangular plan, using cut stone set within rubble-stone walls. Below its two-line inscription, thought to have been carved later, on the mirror-stone section is the fountain spout. The single-fronted fountain has a round arch in the center of its façade between interconnected small columns. It was registered as a Cultural Asset Requiring Protection (Group 2) by decision no. 2786, dated 25 May 2021, of the Balıkesir Regional Directorate for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage.
