It is located within the boundaries of the İskele/Hürriyet neighborhood, Bigadiç district, Balıkesir province. The fountain, of rectangular plan with a round arch and built of cut stone and brick, bears traces of an inscription on its mirror panel. The arch on the façade is carried by two small columns. A long brick trough has been added to the north side of the fountain. It is thought to have been built in the 19th century. It was registered as an Immovable Cultural Asset Requiring Protection (Group 2) by decision no. 2964, dated 28 July 2021, of the Balıkesir Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage.
