See Assoc. Prof. Dr. Harun Ürer, Examples of Mosques and Masjids in the Historic City Centre of İzmir. It is a mosque dating to the 15th century, perhaps even earlier. Its present structure must also be recent. It stands on 948 Street and once had a dervish lodge beside it. Evliya Çelebi also mentions a Hacı İbrahim Mosque here.
