Editor's Note
A railway station in Gaziemir, a southern suburb of İzmir. Located on the İzmir-Eğirdir railway, it was opened in December 1860 by the Ottoman Railway Company and once served as a junction where the Seydiköy branch split off from the mainline. Today it is served by İZBAN commuter trains as well as TCDD regional trains.
