Editor's Note
This is a two-story masonry building. The ground floor housed a tea house, while the upper floor served as a residence, much like a hotel. The building has a hipped roof; the openings on the ground floor, such as doors and windows, have pointed arches, while those on the upper floor have segmental arches. Standing at the corner of its city block, the double-fronted masonry structure has two floors. The corner facing the road junction is chamfered, and entry to the tea house is provided through a door opened in this chamfered face at ground level. All the windows on the ground floor have Gothic-style pointed arches, with circular cartouches set between them. The upper-floor windows have segmental arches.
