Editor's Note
Built in 1959 and combining the functions of a business center, cinema, and theater, the building was designed by the architect Kadri Erogan. It was registered as a cultural asset in 2012. After being sold in 2014, there was talk of replacing it with a shopping mall, and the building today stands vacant.
