Editor's Note
According to its inscription, which no longer survives, the fountain was commissioned in 1480-1481 by Haci Mehmet, son of Mubarek, and Haci Yakup, son of Ibrahim. The fountain stands in the courtyard of the Attar Hoca Mosque.
