The fountain bears no inscription today. Built on a sloping plot of land, the Morukçu Fountain stands 1.16 m high, 1.21 m wide and 0.42 m deep. It is single-faced and rectangular in form. The fountain was carved into the body of a wall and is structurally tied to it (Drawing 13). Its surface is largely built of plastered stone masonry. The fountain niche is framed by a tall, pointed arch. The fountain is no longer in use today.
