Located on Orduoglu Street in the Kapucubasi neighborhood, the fountain has been attached to the side facade of an apartment building and has been buried halfway beneath the asphalt road. The rectangular-plan fountain, built of finely cut stone, is no longer in use today. At its center is a shallow niche with a ribbed arch. The niche, with a heavily damaged, faint medallion at its center, is framed on three sides by four undecorated bands, one of which is a convex molding. Bordered on the two sides by three bands, one with crenellated decoration, the fountain is crowned at the top by two courses of stone rounded on both sides.
