Editor's Note
It is unknown when and by whom the Havuzlu Han, located within the market in central Mus, was built. However, judging by its materials and technique, it is thought to have been built during the Ottoman period. It is known by the name Havuzlu Han ('Han with a Pool') because of the pool in its courtyard. This han, which has survived in partly good condition, was built of cut stone on a rectangular plan. [1] It was registered by the Van Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage by decision no. 1173 dated 23.02.2016.
