It is located within the Yukari Mahalle quarter of the Akkisla district of Kayseri province. Built of cut stone with a near-square, single-faced plan, the fountain has a semicircular arched niche on its facade. A large part of the fountain now lies below the level of the road. It was registered as an Immovable Cultural Property Requiring Protection (Group 1) by decision no. 6592 of the Kayseri Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage, dated 15 December 2022.
