It stands within the village of Samagir in the Bunyan district of Kayseri province. The tomb sits atop a hill within the village and holds the remains of a figure known locally as Abdurrahman Gazi. Although its exact date of construction is unknown, it is thought to have been built during the Dulkadiroglu Beylik period, amid the building and repair works carried out around Kayseri by the beys Alauddevle Bozkurd and Alauddevle Sahruh. Hexagonal in plan and made of rubble stone, the tomb is covered by a dome on the inside and a pyramidal cap on the outside.
