Editor's Note
Sadly, this monument no longer exists. It was identified in 1950 by Haspels in the Karababa Valley, attached to the Kayıhan district of Afyonkarahisar province. Just south of the Karababa Lodge, at a place called Değirmen Yeri (Mill Site), Haspels recorded two monumentally decorated rock blocks above ground. The area around the monument was cleared and excavated. All of Haspels' drawings and photographs date from that period. On later visits to the region, the monument's location could not be found.
