Editor's Note
An Ottoman-era mosque in the Kurtuluş neighbourhood of Uşak, built in the 19th century. Damaged by fire and repaired several times, it is made of cut stone and stands on the southeast side of a rectangular courtyard. The building clearly shows the Western influences of 19th-century architecture, and a congregation area was added in front of it in the 20th century.
