Built in 1903 as an Agricultural School in the Kayalıoğlu neighborhood of Akhisar, the building still stands today. The three-storey structure remained in active use as a primary school until quite recently. The building, surrounded by gardens where agricultural work could be carried out, also has a winery in its basement. The building and garden cover an area of 8,100 square metres.
