The olive tree in the Bakır neighborhood of the Kırkağaç district is 1,657 years old. The monumental olive tree has a trunk diameter of 10.6 metres and a crown diameter of 13 metres. The tree still bears fruit. Source: Kırkağaç District Governorate.
