There are two inscriptions about the bridge's construction, on the right and left of the large arch. These inscriptions reveal that the bridge was built in 1082 AH (1671 CE) by Evliya Bey, son of Zeynel Bey. The bridge is 5.10 m high, 32.10 m long and 6.30 m wide. Inscription 1: A descendant of Halid, son of Zeynel, Evliya built a straight path. Evliya was decreed by the eternal command. I bear witness that there is no god but God.
