The İbrahim Bey Mosque is located in the Kale Quarter of the Kozluk district of Batman province and was built in 1705 by İbrahim Bey, son of Murtaza Bey of the Garzan tribe. Following the plan scheme of zawiya mosques, the building is covered by a large central dome and smaller domes over its two side spaces. With a five-arched portico to the north and its minaret at the northwest corner, the mosque was built using cut stone and brick. Having survived intact to the present day, the structure stands out for its architectural arrangement and the pendentives used in its dome transitions.
