Although the exact construction date of Azizoğlu Mansion is not known, interviews with the owners indicate that the building was constructed between 1945 and 1955. The mansion, reflecting the architectural features of this period, is a complex of buildings formed by several structures set on a wide area. In terms of architectural plan, the mansion consists of two main groups of buildings located to the north and south. Of the masses to the north, one is three stories and the other two. The southern group consists of a two-story building set over a passageway.
