The Surp Kevork (Surp Keverk) Church is a single-nave, rectangular-plan Armenian church located near the Elagoz (Risnik) hamlet of Sariyayla Village in the Sason district of Batman province. The building is now a ruin, with its apse, narthex, and upper covering largely destroyed. The presence of cross motifs carved into the rocks east of the church attests to the religious importance of the site. [1]
