Kopçullu Camii is a mosque in Develi, Kayseri; The construction inscription of the Kopçullu Mosque (also known as the Karabey Mosque) has not survived; however, records in the Hurufat register of 1726 state that the building was constructed by Kara Bey.

The construction inscription of the Kopçullu Mosque (also known as the Karabey Mosque) has not survived; however, records in the Hurufat register of 1726 state that the building was constructed by Kara Bey. This information shows that the mosque was built in the 15th century or earlier. Architecturally, the mosque consists of three aisles running east-west, perpendicular to the mihrab. The body walls of the mosque were built of rubble stone, with the walls covered in plaster. The prayer hall measures 11.60 x 13.25 m and is covered with a flat concrete roof.
