The İniler Mosque has no inscription providing information about its founder, construction date, or architect. However, the oldest known document concerning the mosque is a Hurufat register record dated 1723. This date shows that the building was at least in use in the early 18th century. Architecturally, the mosque has a plain plan scheme consisting of three aisles arranged north-south and running perpendicular to the mihrab. At the mosque's entrance, reached through a flat-lintel door at the north end of the east facade, there is a wooden canopy that protects the building from rain and sun.
