The Yeşilhisar Grand Mosque (Camii Kebir) was built in AH 747 / AD 1346 and dates to the Eretnid period. The building is entered through a doorway on the north side that has a round arch and a three-line inscription above it. The minaret stands at the left corner of the courtyard, while the portico (last congregation place) consists of three round arches carried on two columns, the arches resting directly on the walls at the corners. At the upper right corner of the courtyard, a rectangular door with a flat lintel leads up to the arbor section. The mosque's main entrance is round-arched and bears two inscriptions placed one above the other.
