This curious underground defensive structure, located 500 m east of Şıh Barak Village in the Tomarza district on a slope overlooking the valley, has three separate entrances. The tunnel at the far north, beginning from the north wall of a large underground room with niched walls and defended by two successive door-stones, must be the original entrance. The southern part of the structure is at a higher level. Given that all three tunnels, which were blocked with rubble during our survey, appear to continue eastward toward the valley, it is clear that, unless they descend to a lower level, they cannot be very long.
