Editor's Note
The location has been estimated from descriptions. Two rectangular blocks, each inscribed on three faces, were first recorded in 1907 during a Cornell University survey, set into the wall of a military outpost on the Develi-Kayseri road at the foot of Mount Erciyes. Being badly damaged, they could not be read. On Tekirderbent 1 the phrase "Holy Mount Harhari" (the Luwian name for Erciyes) appears twice. The blocks, thought to date to the 8th century BCE, are now in the Kayseri Museum.
