Editor's Note
Built in the style of Levantine mansions with a courtyard, it consists of a single storey raised over a basement. It is thought to have been built by Greek masters. It is known to have once belonged to Cemal Bey, the father-in-law of Kazim Karabekir, who visited from time to time. Today it operates as a cafe.
