Editor's Note
The medrese consists of single-storey, square-plan rooms with wooden doors, built of rubble stone and brick and arranged around a nearly square courtyard surrounded by a portico. However, because of the road, the southeast corner and the east facade have been entirely removed. Built of stone and brick, its entrance on the south facade was later closed off. Today seventeen student rooms survive. The building takes its name from its founder, Osman Aga. Together with the Zincirli Han and the Pasha Baths, it forms the Nasuh Pasha Complex. According to the inscription on the Zincirli Han, the building is dated to AH 1120 / AD 1708.
