Editor's Note
It is one of the earliest small mosques (mescit) of Tire. Its founder, Bahadır Bey, was the son of Kara Seyfeddin Bey, brother of the Seljuk vizier Karatay Bey. The small mosque takes the name by which it is known today from the Çanakçı family who live nearby.
