Editor's Note
This is a rectangular building constructed as a single storey raised over a basement level. The basement is half a storey high, while the main floor sits above it as a raised storey. The entrance door is reached by steps on both sides, and the staircases project outward. The windows have decorative tops above their segmental arches, and the side façades have an ornamental appearance.
