Hacı İbrahim Sultan, also known as Hacı İbrahim Sultan Veli el-Marûfî, was a Sufi who lived in the 13th century. Thought to have come from the city of Balkh to Akşehir, then under the rule of the Hamidoğulları principality, Hacı İbrahim Sultan belonged to the Yesevi order. Through the endowment founded by his father Hasan Paşa and inherited by him, he devoted himself to charitable works for the poor, and he led the founding of villages around Akşehir such as Karabulut, Alanyurt, Yeniköy, Yahşihan, and Gürnes.
