The Bıçakçı Fountain was built in 1807 by Bıçakçı Esseyid Hacı Ali Ağa. Built of brick and adorned with marble ornamentation, this fountain uses a fragment of a Roman-era bull-headed sarcophagus as its basin. The fountain's water pipes are made of terracotta.
