Editor's Note
It is known to have been built in the 19th century, though the exact date of construction is unknown. The hotel was built on a trapezoidal plan to fit the parcel it stands on. The ground floor of the building was built as solid masonry, while the first floor was built as a timber frame using the bağdadi (lath-and-plaster) technique. The first floor was made of timber and has numerous bay windows. Its covering is a hipped roof clad in tiles.
